SureShot® Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting is TMCO’s flagship fitting. The customer-driven design features ensure safe, cost-effective, and operationally excellent solutions to the most demanding gas measurement challenges.SureShot® Dual Chamber Orifice Fittings fully conform to the latest AGA 3/API 14.3 stringent requirements. The greaseless design utilizes the eccentric plug to create a positive seal between the upper and lower chambers, allowing the orifice plate to be inspected or replaced without shutting down the line. Its Teflon seal and Stainless Steel retainer ensure optimal sealing with minimum drag across the seat of the plug valve, minimizing maintenance over the fitting life. The SureShot® Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting eliminates grease, springs, and slide valve to simplify operations and lower maintenance costs. Its removable end caps enable inspection and/or replacement of the plug valve sub-assembly without removing the upper chamber.

The one-piece body allows quick, inexpensive orifice plate changes without the time-consuming operational steps associated with Orifice Flange Union.SureShot® Single Chamber Orifice Fittingconsist of the metal-to-metal seat against the downstream face, significantly reducing seal ring compression and downstream shift of orifice plate. Its Protected positive orifice plate seal design extends service life. The SureShot® Single Chamber Orifice Fitting suitable for 2” thru 6” ANSI Classes 150-600. It is a greaseless fitting with no moving parts.
